1. I think you mean "TrackBack." That's where, instead of posting a comment to someone's post (such as this), you first blog about it on your blog and include a link in your post to the post you're commenting on. Then, depending on your blogging software, you post a TrackBack ping to the blog. If approved, a link to your blog post will then show up on their original blog post.
2. This is a non-branded way of referring to a feed of one's shared items in Google Reader. My "link blog."
